Be the parliamentary authority for the Student Association, including serving at senate meetings, ensuring the validity of legislation, and working with student association members in writing legislation. Chair the Committee on Constitutional Revisions and Club Approval meetings.
Meetings: Meet for senate meetings weekly, and various others pertaining to legislation throughout the year as needed. Attend bi-weekly Appointed Positions meetings.

Be involved with handling all aspects of publicity for the Student Association, including advertising for meetings, coordinating social media, creating and distributing SA paraphernalia, assisting senate members in effectively delivering important information to the student body.

Manage elections for all Student Association positions. Present necessary regulations governing elections at least two weeks before first election of the year. Ensure candidates and voters are informed of proper election procedures and deadlines, as well as producing and supervising the method of voting for the student body.

Be involved with technological requirements at Senate meetings, electronic aspects of Student associate elections, and maintenance of the Student Association website. Train other SA officers to use SA website and blogs.
Meetings: Meet for senate meetings weekly. Attend bi-weekly Appointed Positions meetings. Periodic educational meetings with members of senate.

Be involved in maintaining and updating records of Student Association activities and events, chairing Rice in a Box Student Archive Committee, providing photographic documentation (i.e. taking photos).
Meetings: Meet for senate meetings weekly. Attend bi-weekly Appointed Positions meetings. Attend meetings or events where photographic documentation is necessary.
