To Amend to Create the Senior Committee

Resolved, that By-Law C be amended to include Article C-7, which shall read:

“Article C-7: Senior Committee

Section 1. Membership

The Senior Committee shall be composed of the Senior Committee Chair and approximately twenty to twenty-five additional members.

(a)    The Senior Committee Chair shall be approved by the Senate.

(b)   The Senior Committee Chair shall select the remaining committee members with at least one representative from each college.

Section 2. Charges

(a)    The Senior Committee shall be responsible for hosting the annual Senior Gala, including fundraising and planning.

(b)   The Senior Committee shall work with the Office of Alumni Affairs and the President’s Office to sponsor any additional senior social events.”
