Constitution Updated to Reflect 2004 RPC Beer Bike Blanket Tax Increase

In 2004, the Student Association By-Laws were amended by referendum to provide for a $2 increase in RPC funding for Beer Bike. However, the Student Association Constitution was not updated to reflect this change until now. RPC has been receiving $13 per student, not the $11 that has been listed in the By-Laws erroneously since 2004.

RPC's current blanket tax increase proposals have also been updated in light of this correction.
