👋Ayo everyone!! I’m Thomas Ngo from McMurtry, running for Treasurer of the Rice Student Association! Can't wait to bring fresh energy and innovative ideas to our FANTASTIC community!  

🏛️As McMurtry’s New Student Representative and a member of the Blanket Tax Committee, I have been deeply involved in student affairs, influencing funding decisions! Most recently, I proposed a constitutional amendment to ENHANCE the state of funding to student organizations and initiatives! 

💡Mission:

Students are the heartbeat of our campus, and I’m on a mission to ensure y’all have resources beyond the essentials! 

1️⃣Allocate:

As Treasurer, I'll allocate the funds towards YOUR events, initiatives, and organizations on campus, fostering the vibrant college life, culture, and development we all cherish!

2️⃣Collaborate:

Expense optimization! I’ll work directly with clubs to cut unnecessary costs, negotiate better deals, and ensure every dollar spent is a dollar well spent.

3️⃣Engage:

If funding is a puzzle, I'm putting together the whole picture for y’all! I'll ensure everyone is aware of what the funds are being used for. The funding opportunities will be well-informed to y’all, ensuring YOUR money shapes the campus you love. Your right to know where your money goes is non-negotiable!
