About

Hi everyone! I am Bianca, a junior at Will Rice studying English and Political Science, and I’m honored to be serving as your Director of Policy for the 2026-2027 school year. As Director of Policy, my role is to oversee legislation that may impact the Rice community and help students turn ideas into action, while also serving as a bridge between our community and organizations beyond Rice. I want every student to feel like they have a real say in the policies that affect their lives here, so my priority is to empower individuals on campus and ensure they are active participants in the Rice Student Association (RSA) policy process. If you ever have a question about my role, how to get involved, policy, or even just want to bring something to my attention, please don’t hesitate to reach out . I’m really looking forward to working with all of you this year!

P.S. The following form allows you to share an idea, question, or concern you’d like me to know about. You absolutely don’t need a fully formed idea to submit it, and you’re always welcome to submit anonymously (or include your name if you’d like me to follow up):  https://forms.gle/stMEx7pgdduVpdce7
