About

Hey y’all! My name is Meara McCarthy, and I’m from Oakland, California. I’m majoring in Cognitive Science with minors in Theatre and Business. As Duncan President, I have the honor of leading Duncan’s government and supporting programming that makes Duncan home for all Duncaroos. I work alongside the Duncan Core Team, Rice administration, and fellow college presidents to represent our peers and enhance student life. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! I love meeting new people and would be happy to chat about any questions, concerns, ideas, or anything on your mind.

Dunclove!
