About

Hi y'all! I'm Ava, and I’ll be the president of Jones College for the 2026-2027 academic year. I'm a senior from San Antonio, Texas, studying Political Science and Politics, Law & Social Thought on the pre-grad and pre-law track. As president, my priorities are centered around making both Jones and Rice's campus more inclusive and accessible. In my free time, I weightlifter, road biker, movie lover, and good food connoisseur. Please reach out if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, or just want have a lunch life debrief!
