About

Hey! My name is Maria Barajas, and I’m a sophomore from Dallas, Texas, majoring in political science and global affairs on the pre-law track! I’m excited to serve as Lovett Senator this year. My vision for this upcoming year is to push for transparency from the RSA, expand projects that impact the student body, and increase student involvement! Additionally, I’m part of the Parties and Traditions Commission, the George R. Brown Speech and Debate Team, HACER, and the Head of Lovett’s Diversity Committee. As a liaison between RSA and Lovett, I’m always looking for student input, so please feel free to reach out with any questions, ideas, or initiatives that you’re looking to implement!
